We are thrilled to share our LWP Night Two + Happy Hour catering is from Blackbelly Catering. We have been working with Blackbelly since they started, back when Hosea had just won Bravos Top Chef and was cooking out of a food truck! In fact, our very first wedding together was in Denver in a warehouse skate park we transformed! It was the beginning of a long-standing partnership! Each year many of our couples at Calluna Events choose to work with Blackbelly and this year is no exception! We’ll be working with them all over Colorado, from the Front Range to Steamboat and beyond. We are so excited for our night two attendees to get to experience why we love Blackbelly!

FROM THE TEAM:

Blackbelly was founded by award- winning Chef Hosea Rosenberg in 2011 as a high-end boutique catering and event company, with a food truck and farm. It has since evolved to include an acclaimed full- service dinner restaurant, breakfast and lunch café, and Boulder, Colorado’s only independent butcher shop licensed to make and sell house-cured meats. Through its evolution, the mission at Blackbelly has remained that: food will always start with seasonal, locally-grown ingredients, and pasture raised sustainable animals. The butchery team at Blackbelly, lead by Head Butcher Nate Singer, goes many steps beyond simply receiving products from its purveyors. They are involved in the feeding and raising programs of livestock ensuring they receive premium quality meat in low quantities.
